At Resolve Wellness, the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers more support than standard outpatient therapy but with less intensity than PHP or inpatient care. The IOP is designed to support individuals with structured therapy and monitoring but does not require 24-hour supervision or hospitalization.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a structured mental health treatment program designed for individuals who require a higher level of care than traditional outpatient therapy but do not need 24-hour supervision like in a full inpatient program.

An Outpatient Substance Use Treatment Program is a flexible, non-residential form of treatment designed to help individuals recover from drug or alcohol addiction while continuing to live at home and maintain their daily responsibilities.

Our supportive housing programs provide stable, safe, and sober homes paired with supportive services for individuals recovering from substance use disorders. It aims to create a structured and drug-free space where clients can focus on their recovery and long-term well-being.

Resolve welcomes and offers Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) as part of our treatment options. The MAT program combines medications with counseling, case management and behavioral therapies to treat substance use disorders, particularly opioid and alcohol dependence.
