Frequently Asked Questions

1. What level of care is right for me — PHP, IOP, or Outpatient?
The right level of care depends on how significantly your symptoms are affecting your daily life. During a confidential assessment, our team will listen carefully and evaluate your needs, stability, and goals. Based on that conversation, we may recommend Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), or Outpatient (OP) services. Our process is clear and structured so you understand your options and feel confident about the next steps.
The assessment begins with a confidential conversation where we discuss your symptoms, current stressors, treatment history, and goals. We review mental health concerns, substance use history, medical background, and the support systems you currently have in place. After gathering this information, we recommend a level of care that fits your needs and explain the next steps clearly. If appropriate, we also coordinate Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and case management services.
Resolve Wellness offers insurance verification and clear guidance regarding payment before treatment begins. Our team will help you understand your benefits, coverage options, and any out-of-pocket responsibilities related to PHP, IOP, outpatient services, or MAT. We aim to make the financial process straightforward and transparent so you can focus on starting care with clarity.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and structured therapeutic support. MAT can help reduce cravings, manage withdrawal symptoms, and support long-term stability in recovery. It is not required for everyone. MAT is recommended only when clinically appropriate and is discussed as part of your individualized treatment plan.
We respond promptly to all inquiries and aim to reduce unnecessary delays. After you reach out, we schedule an assessment, complete the evaluation, and provide a clear recommendation for your level of care. Once a plan is established, we coordinate scheduling and outline the next steps so you can begin treatment with confidence and support.
